OzCoat Rod Wrapping Epoxy KIT

Instructions

1. Measure equal parts of Part A and Part B into a clean, dry container. Accurate measurement is essential will result in a sticky finish. Use in temperatures between 23C to 29C.
2. Mix both parts thoroughly for 2 minutes. Apply as soon as mixed. If bubbles appear on the surface, break them by exhaling on them or by holding a light flame approximately 15cms away and sweeping across the surface until the bubbles are gone.
3. After the coating is finished, allow the rod to turn slowly for approximately 5 minutes. OzCoat finish is self -levelling, but if the surface is uneven, then level the coating with lengthwise brush strokes.
4. Rotate the rod at a slow speed for at least 3 hours.
5. If stickiness occurs after 12 hours, refer to step 1 and apply another coat.
6. Shelf life on this product is approximately 1 year.
7. After this time, if the product starts to crystallise, immerse the bottles in warm water, or in the sunshine and the product should liquefy again.

A self-sealing design (not a rubber grommet) ensures that finish can be withdrawn safely from a bottle without worrying about spilling or a messy clean up.

2 inserts are needed for Epoxy Finish Bottles, one for resin and one for hardener.

20mm = 8oz Kit, 28mm = 4oz Kit.
